“And the word of God increased; and the number of believers multiplied greatly” (Acts 6:7).

This summer the People of Praise is hosting day camps in our three mission locations: in Shreveport, LA, in Indianapolis, IN, and in Evansville, IN. We expect over 200 disadvantaged children to attend our camps. We are also working on home repair projects, growing an urban farm, and going door to door to tell people about what God is doing in our neighborhoods.

It takes over 25 staff members and 100 volunteers to accomplish this great work. We need the support of generous financial donations to help us accomplish these projects. We rely on these donations to pay for travel to each location, feed our work crews and our campers, purchase supplies, set up spaces to host our camp in, and much more. The more we receive, the more we are able to do. We are counting on your generosity and God’s gracious provision to be able to keep these good works flourishing.
